The treks from Jiri to Everest Base Camp follows the footsteps of the first mountaineers Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa on their successful Everest expedition in 1953, they followed the same trail through the base camp and finally defeated on the summit of Everest. This trek is one of the most popular trek routes in the world; this route is still equally accepted and regularly used by Trekkers because of the less crowded route and especially the possibility of more gradual acclimatization. While on the trek, we also pass through the alpine forests, glacial rivers, and enjoy the warm hospitality of ethnic people. Visit the Buddhist monasteries with prayer flags, the Sherpa and other ethnic villages with their still simple mountain lifestyles. The breathtaking Himalayan scenery proved quite an intense experience. About 8-9 hour bus drive along the Arniko highway is pleasant by the wonderful views of Langtang and Ganesh Himal peaks to the north and countless villages along the roads are very impressive.
